LA-Based punks NIIS share a new track (or two) ahead of their upcoming US tour with Strawberry Fuzz and Slaughterhouse - lets fucking go

It’s safe to say NIIS are one of the hardest working bands to come out of Los Angeles in the past few years. Slashing their way through LA’s underground punk scene pre-COVID, and ripping through the ceiling post-pandemic, the four piece consisting of original members Mimi SanDoe, Ryan McGuffin, and Monte Najera has solidified themselves as a group that must be seen and heard - not only their hometown but throughout the country.

Touring with legendary acts such as GBH, Surfbort, and Sloppy Jane the band gears up to hit the western US roads once again, this time with South Bay’s Slaughterhouse and Venice-based Strawberry Fuzz.

Ahead of this tour the band drops two singles: ‘Crazy’, which features a Gilbert Trejo-directed music video, and a cover of Vice Squad’s iconic track ‘Last Rockers’. Both of these singles have been live favorites at the bands shows with SanDoe usually dedicating the original track to anyone who’s ex has ever called them…crazy. “You tell are your friends you think I’m crazy, well why don’t you ask yourself how I got to be so fucking crazy”
